Requirements:

Must pass drug test

Must have valid driver's license

Hiring process includes Verbal Interview

Follow up interview includes "hands on" Machine Test that consists of machining principles.

 

Examples:

 Blueprint reading

 Use precision tooling to check OD, ID and OAL on parts

 Must know how to set up precision tooling

 OD Threading

 ID Threading

 ID Bore Work

 OD Fits

 Snap Ring Grooves

 Face Grooves

 Facing and Centering, using Steady Rests

 

Mill Work

 Cutting Keyways

 Bolt Hole Patterns

 Set up Rotary Tables and Vices
